Who this covers

This notice applies to information handled by Gamified LLC through BOOKED.marketing, including our website, inquiry and Blueprint forms, client services, and our private advertising-reporting tools.

Third-party services linked from our site have their own privacy practices. Their notices control how they handle information you provide directly to them.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: contact details, company information, questionnaire responses, marketing goals, capacity, budget ranges, messages, and other information you choose to share.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with our website or ads.
• Client advertising information: account and campaign identifiers, campaign structure, creative details, delivery and performance metrics, and authorization metadata from advertising accounts a client has permitted us to manage or analyze.
• Service communications: emails, meeting notes, approvals, and records needed to provide and document our work.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and prepare requested marketing assessments or Blueprints.
• Provide contracted campaign management, reporting, budget pacing, anomaly detection, ROI analysis, and human-reviewed campaign planning.
• Authenticate authorized users, protect client accounts, troubleshoot services, prevent misuse, and maintain audit records.
• Measure website and advertising performance and improve our services.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

LinkedIn Marketing API data

Our private internal tool uses LinkedIn Campaign Management and Reporting APIs only for advertising accounts that the relevant account owner has authorized us to access. We use this information to provide account-specific reporting and campaign-management services to that client.

• Client account data is kept logically separated and is not disclosed to unaffiliated clients.
• Our current LinkedIn connection is read-only. Any future campaign draft capability will remain human-reviewed and paused until an authorized person chooses to act in Campaign Manager.
• We do not use LinkedIn member data to identify recruiting or sales prospects, enrich a CRM, build audience lists, broker data, or target advertising.
• We stop collecting LinkedIn Marketing Data when the authorized client ends the relevant service or asks us to stop.

When we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed to operate the business and provide authorized services, including to:

• the client that owns or controls the relevant account;
• employees and contractors who need the information to perform their work and are subject to confidentiality obligations;
• service providers that support hosting, forms, email, analytics, security, and advertising operations;
• advertising platforms when an authorized service requires the platform to receive information; and
• government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate misuse, or defend legal rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which may send device, browser, and website-interaction information to Meta for measurement and advertising. Depending on where you live, this activity may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.

Cookies and third-party services

The BOOKED.marketing website uses the Meta Pixel and may embed or link to services operated by Google and YouTube. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information about your device and interactions under their own privacy notices.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through the relevant platform. Blocking some technologies may affect website features or measurement.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain security and records, or meet legal and contractual obligations.

LinkedIn Marketing Data is stored only when permitted. We permanently delete stored LinkedIn Marketing Data within 10 days after the controlling client requests deletion, or after the relevant client service ends and the data is no longer needed for the client’s business or a valid retention obligation. We also delete it when LinkedIn requires us to do so.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information we handle. Advertising credentials are kept outside public source code, access is limited to authorized operators, and client account requests are scoped to the appropriate client. No security method is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop certain uses. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. Rights differ by location, and we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Authorized advertising clients may revoke our platform access through the relevant advertising platform and may ask us to stop collecting or delete account data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

United States processing

Gamified LLC is based in the United States. If you access our services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes to our handling of LinkedIn Marketing Data will also be addressed as required by LinkedIn’s terms.
